Beginning in 2027, we are pleased to offer wedding concierge services for couples who have a smaller overall budget but are seeking assistance on the wedding day. Hannah created this service after seeing a need for professional level services at lower price points. With over fifteen years in the wedding industry, she is excited to work with a team of professional associates who will work hand in hand with the couple on one of the best days of their life.

Our Wedding Concierge Services are a flat rate of $1,000 and include 8 consecutive hours of one (1) wedding helper onsite. Thinking of them as your personal assistant, your concierge can help set up DIY decor, keep your day on time via our created timeline, or assist with tear down and packing up at the end of the night. Up to two (2) additional hours with your concierge can be added on at a cost of $200 per hour.
To book this service, we request a call with you to discuss your wedding day a little more in depth so we can determine if our services are a good fit. All clients that book this service will receive a timeline with vendor arrival and departure times, along with an outline of the day that will be shared with all vendors the week of the event. Your concierge will be onsite during the hours discussed to help in any way needed.

Who we are NOT:
We are not full planners
We are not your rental set up crew
We are not catering or your MC
If you are looking for someone to source a venue or vendors, or come up with a full design, we are going to recomend you to some of our very close relationships that own full-planning or coordination firms.
We do not pick up or return rentals, set up all your tables and chairs, clean and steam iron your linens, or assemble centerpieces
We do not serve food or beverages, bus tables, box up leftovers, clean up the food line, cut a tiered cake, announce the wedding party, and keep the music going.

If you are DIYing your centerpieces and just need someone to put them on the tables, or need someone to set out place cards, bring the guest book from ceremony to reception, or make sure you get your heirloom cake cutting set back from catering, we've got you covered.
We put together a timeline of events for the day and will work together with your vendors onsite to make sure that timeline is followed and everyone is where they need to be when they need to be there.
If you choose to have your concierge be there for the end of the event, they will make sure all your personal belongings get packed up in a pre-determined vehicle or set aside for pick up at the venue the following day allowing you to spend the most time with your guests.
